Full registration for AMTA Members: $359
Partial registration:
Ethics: $79
One Session: $129
Two Sessions: $234
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
80% of registration fees will be refunded
provided we receive a written cancellation
postmarked by January 29, 2010. 50% will be
refunded if postmarked by Feb-ruary 5, 2010.
Any request for refunds after February 5, 2010
must be made in writing and sent to the
Con-ference Chairperson Cheryl Tardy 47

REQUESTS MUST BE POST-MARKED NO
LATER THAN THE LAST DATE OF THE
CONFERENCE AND WILL BE REVIEWED BY
THE CONFER-ENCE COMMITTEE AT THE NEXT

THE CONFERENCE.
DRESS CODE
Classes: Business/Professional attire for all
events
Saturday Dinner Dance: Business casual to
Semi-formal.
RETURN CHECK POLICY
A $25.00 charge will be assessed for all returned
checks.
RAFFLES
The AMTA New England Conference will conduct
sev-eral raffles in the Exhibit Hall during the
weekend. You must be present to win.

EXHIBIT AREA
NERC is one of the best places to stock up on all
of your massage products and learn about new
ones. You will be able to purchase massage
products chairs, and many other products in the
exhibit areas. See Schedule of Events for exhibit
hours.
(Please be aware that not all exhibitors have
formal massage training and not all massage
products have been tested. Be conscious of your
own health and wel-fare while experiencing the
exhibit area.)
MASSAGE TABLE STORAGE
We have made arrangements for a storage area
for those who wish to store their massage tables
during the day. This will be an open room: Note
that the AMTA Maine Chapter, AMTA NERC,
Hotel, AMTA Con-ference Committee members,
coordinator, volunteers, hotel staff/employees
are not responsible for damage or loss of any
items placed in storage.
EQUIPMENT
NERC does not provide any equipment or linens
needed for hands-on workshops.

15 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE BEGINNING OF
THAT SESSION
SESSION TICKETS
Session tickets may not be transferred. All
changes must be made through the Registrar.
MEAL TICKETS
Meal tickets have no cash value and may not be
re-turned for a refund.
