Hands-Free Chair Massage
“Hands-Free” chair massage teaches how to give a deep and satisfying seated massage without taxing your hands and body. By using
elbows and forearms, the massage therapist can preserve the tendon and liga-ment health of the fingers, thumbs and wrists. Many of these
tech-niques translate to table work as well. With a focus on better alignment and body mechanics, the “Hands -Free” method can help the
massage therapist work longer with deeper pressure without injury.
