Running on Empty
Why is it that those of us who enjoy giving for a living often let our own self-care needs slip by the wayside? When our giving and receiving
are out of balance, we can become depleted, stressed, short-tempered and more vulnerable to illness. In this experiential workshop, you’ll
identify your self-care strengths, your obstacles to receiving the nurturance you need and strategies for enjoying better balance in support of
your life and your livelihood.
