INtroduction to Ortho-Bionomy & Hands-On Psoas
Ortho-Bionomy, based in Osteopathy, is a gentle, effective approach using positional release and energy techniques to alleviate stress and
pain patterns. In this workshop, we will explore the principles, history, and dynamics of Ortho-Bionomy. After demonstrating Ortho-Bionomy,
we will focus on using this modality for the psoas. The psoas, a deep muscle, is particularly well addressed by Ortho-Bionomy.
